Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the AGM of the Ellerslie Football Club Inc. shall be held as follows:
Date: Thursday, 26th May 2022
Time: 6.15pm
Venue: EAFC Clubrooms, Michaels Ave Reserve, Ellerslie
Business: In addition to the normal business conducted at such meetings;

1. Nominations are called for:
   Executive Committee Members – x2 positions (as incumbents are at end of their two-year terms)
   Nominations must be received by the Club Secretary in writing, together with confirmation from the
   nominee that they are willing to stand for election, not less than 21 days prior to the AGM (i.e. by 5th May 2021).
2. Members wishing to have any business considered at the AGM as General Business shall give
   written notice containing details of such business to the Secretary not less than 21 days prior to the
   date of the AGM (i.e. by 5th May 2021).

   Please put this date in your calendar now, as the Club relies on its members for input and guidance
   on its strategies and direction.
